Super clean hotel with amazing views of the sea. Great location right on the beach - just steps away from your room. Loved the delicious food at the restaurant and bar. Breakfast was tasty and had unique local flavors. Appreciated the early season preparation compared to other places. Nice beach area to relax and spend time.

I recently stayed at Hotel Victory for a few days during my beach getaway. The personnel were incredibly polite and always ready to assist. The breakfast, served on a terrace overlooking the beach, was tasty and diverse. The sea view from my room was breathtaking, especially during the sunset. The first-floor rooms had spacious balconies where I could relax and stargaze to the sound of the waves. The hotel's location in the heart of the promenade was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and a vibrant atmosphere. a great choice for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the sandy beach. Rooms are well-sized with modern furnishings. Breakfast is decent with satisfying options and a sea view is available for some rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating when it comes to cancellations and check-ins.

The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient for guests, especially those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Perfectly located close to many restaurants and almost directly on the beach, the hotel was impressively clean and had friendly staff. The view from my sea view room was fantastic and I could even see the sunset from bed. I was able to sleep soundly, despite noise from nearby bars and children in the neighboring rooms.

The double room I stayed in at Hotel Victory was amazing! It had a balcony where I could enjoy the beautiful view of Mamaia. The room also had a tumble dryer and minibar, which made my stay even more convenient. I loved the fact that there was a hairdryer and free toiletries in the private bathroom.

I personally found the tile/marble floor in the suite a bit cold and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel on the beach was simply unbeatable. the breathtaking view of the sea from our balcony was one of the best features. the room was spacious and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom was quite small, and the shower did not have a door or a curtain, resulting in water splashing all over the floor. the mattress was a bit too harsh for our liking, making for a slightly uncomfortable sleep.

our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible. having stayed in Mamaia before, we were pleasantly surprised by how Victory exceeded our expectations. the location was unbeatable, right in the center and just steps away from the beach. the breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially Arina, were extremely friendly and helpful.
